In this article you can check the list of Nokia smartphones which are most likely to get the upcoming Android 11 update. Google is expected to unveil the latest version of its extremely admired Android OS sometimes during the September 2020. After its official announcement by Google, HMD Global will unveil their Android 11 roadmap for several eligible Nokia smartphones.

But if you remember HMD promises 2 big OS upgrades for each new Nokia smartphone. Which means if your smartphone was originally launched with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box then it will definitely get the Android 10 & Android 11 update whenever it passes through some necessary approvals. Similarly, if your phone was originally launched with Android 10 out of the box then you will get Android 11 as well as Android 12.

  1. Nokia 8.1 came in 2018, got Android 9 as well Android 10 so how can Android 11 come to it. And if so happens all of the Nokia smartphone released in 2018 should be eligible for Android 11.
    For instance : Nokia 6.1 plus.

    1. Hi Aaryan, Nokia 8.1 was launched in 2018 but it was running on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. But that’s not the case with Nokia 6.1 Plus because it was came up with Android 8.0/8.1 Oreo & later received two major OS upgrades (Android 9 & 10). I hope you understood.
