As per the latest rumor HMD Global may announce Nokia C1 successor very soon. Currently Nokia C1 a entry level basic Android smartphone is available for sale in only select countries (As it is a 3G device). But we can expect its successor Nokia C2 with 4G support. As per the source (Same one who previously shared some real-life photos of the upcoming mid-range smartphone Nokia 5.3) Nokia C2 will come with a 5.7″ display, 4G support, 1GB RAM with 16GB storage and 2800 mAh battery :

As per our conversation with the source it looks like he is very well familiar with the upcoming Nokia phones. But we can’t guarantee that the above information is 100% correct. We have to wait until March 19th to see if this source is reliable.

Personally speaking I don’t think users (At least in India) will be interested in Android smartphone with 1GB RAM. We know HMD could very well optimize it even with low storage but who is gonna change users mindset ? Anyway what do you think about Nokia C1 successor ? Do you think we still need 1GB RAM ? Tell us in the comments section below.
