Did Nokia 9 PureView failed in JerryRigEverything’s Teardown video ?

Recently we saw Nokia 9 PureView passing the JerryRigEverything’s durability+bend test and now it’s the time for teardown video of the same flagship. JerryRigEverything is a very popular YouTube channel known for its durability & bend tests of new smartphones. Unfortunately, this YouTube channel owner didn’t have managed to remove the battery of Nokia 9 PV without any damages & after that this flagship was unable to restart. According to him the Nokia 9 PureView’s battery comes with a “Unnecessary amount of Adhesive”. Further he said :

.. It’s super annoying when companies put permanent adhesive underneath the batteries & for that reason alone I highly recommend that you do not buy this phone, future battery replacements would be near impossible & recycling the phone after its life is over is even harder..

We respect the JerryRigEverything as until now even a single Nokia smartphone didn’t have failed in his bend test (even Nokia 9) but this time we’re strongly disagree with his above statement. This latest teardown video is around 8 minutes long. You can check it out below :

We would also like to share you a another teardown video of the same flagship. Few months ago PBKreviews (YouTube channel) also published a similar teardown video for Nokia 9 PureView & they managed to remove its battery without any damages. Also the device was working fine after the reassembly. Video by PBKreviews is around 15 minutes long. So, you can jump directly at 8:30 to check how they removed its battery :
